- Sous-vide duck leg, puréed red cabbage and onion mashed potatoes
- Grilled zander, cauliflower variations and grilled polenta
- Grilled polenta, cauliflower variations and ruccola salad (Vegan)
- Grilled beef rib-eye, roasted garlic mashed potatoes and caramelized carrots
